At this time, there are NO TARIFFS on our products.

We offer TARIFF PROTECTION to customers who place a DEPOSIT BEFORE a tariff is announced. If you do that, your price is LOCKED IN, and we will HONOUR that price even if a tariff is introduced later. We will ABSORB the cost of any future tariff for orders secured with a deposit.

If a tariff is ANNOUNCED BEFORE we receive your deposit, we will ADD the tariff amount to your invoice. This cost is based on the VALUE OF THE GOODS SHIPPED and is determined by whether a tariff is in place AT THE TIME YOUR ORDER CROSSES THE BORDER.

If a tariff is REMOVED before your order ships, we will REMOVE the tariff charge from your invoice. It all comes down to whether or not a tariff is in place at the time of shipping.

EXAMPLE:

You order a hot tub priced at $10,000.

– If you place a DEPOSIT TODAY and a 10% tariff is announced next week, YOU STILL PAY $10,000. We cover the tariff.

– If you haven’t yet placed a deposit and a tariff is announced before your invoice is issued, YOUR PRICE WILL BE $11,000.

– If that tariff is later removed before the hot tub ships, YOUR PRICE RETURNS TO $10,000.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates fluctuate, and the ranges below are estimates only. Final costs may vary based on location, market rates, and carrier availability. All shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, meaning customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, tariffs, and local taxes at the time of delivery.

United States (Currently duty-free, subject to change after April 2, 2025)

East Coast:

Soaker Tubs: $500–$700 USD
Hot Tubs & Saunas: $600–$1,200 USD

West Coast:

Soaker Tubs: $425–$600 USD
Hot Tubs & Saunas: $500–$825 USD

Midwest: Costs vary by proximity to a shipping terminal.

Canada (Prices in CAD)

BC: Soaker Tubs $225–$550 CAD, Hot Tubs & Saunas $450–$1,100 CAD

Other provinces: Prices increase with distance from BC.

What if tariffs change after April 2, 2025?

Currently, our products ship duty-free to the U.S., but tariffs may change after April 2, 2025. If tariffs apply at the time of shipping, customers will be responsible for any applicable duties.

To give you flexibility, we offer a free 90-day storage option for those who prefer to wait and see if conditions change.

How it works:

Full payment is required when your order is ready to ship.
You can ship immediately or delay up to 90 days at no extra cost.
If tariffs remain unchanged or are lifted, we’ll ship accordingly.
After 90 days, we’ll automatically ship at the current rate.

This ensures you can make an informed decision without compromising on quality, craftsmanship, or lead time. Let us know at checkout if you’d like to take advantage of this option.

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship with a 3-year warranty on materials and workmanship for our tubs, saunas, and cisterns, as well as our wood stoves.

For electric and gas heaters, pumps, and filters, coverage is provided by the manufacturer’s warranty, which typically ranges from one to two years.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.

If you experience an issue, contact us with your order details and photos of the concern. We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Each product is carefully handmade to order. Our current wait times range from approximately 4-6 weeks for a soaker tub, 10-12 weeks for hot tubs and saunas, and 16-20 weeks for large water cisterns and custom projects

Atelier Nordic in France, Rivera Hot Tubs in England, and Takahiro Lumber in Japan are trusted suppliers of Forest Cooperage tubs.

In North America, we currently sell direct to consumer. We’re not working with online-only retailers at this time.

That said, we are actively growing our installation network in the USA. If you’re interested in becoming a dealer or installer, please get in touch!

We take great care to ensure your order is safely packed for shipping and delivery. If for some reason a product arrives damaged, please contact us and we will make it right.

Before accepting delivery of one our products, please carefully inspect the crate for signs of damage. If you find any damage, do not accept delivery of the crate, take pictures, and contact us.

All of our products are available to ship worldwide.

Most products ship flat-packed and require on-site assembly, except for our soaker tubs, which ship fully assembled. If you’d like your tub shipped assembled, we can usually accommodate that for an additional charge.

Shipments are delivered curbside — meaning to the end of your driveway, where it meets the road. Depending on your access and the freight carrier’s policies, they may be able to bring it closer to your home, but this isn’t guaranteed.

Your tub or sauna will arrive in a sturdy plywood crate, typically unloaded with a power liftgate and pallet jack. It’s your responsibility to move the crate to a dry, protected area until installation. Keeping the wood dry is essential.

For oversized shipments (like large saunas or cisterns over 96″ long), you may need to unload directly from the truck within 30 minutes of arrival. This means either unpacking it on the spot or having a forklift with extended forks ready to unload the crate safely.

Before your order arrives, make sure you:

–Have a clear, accessible driveway for a large delivery truck

–Confirm someone will be available to receive and inspect the delivery

–Have a dry, level space ready to store the crate

–Arrange for help or equipment (like a forklift) if your order is oversized

–Let us know in advance about any access restrictions or delivery challenges
