How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed through our online shopping cart or by contacting us directly for a custom quote. An order is confirmed once full payment is received, which secures your spot in our production queue. Shipping is scheduled once your order is complete.
Where do you ship?
We ship across North America and internationally. Remote and off-grid locations are welcome—let us know where you are, and we’ll find a way to get it to you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies by location and product size. We offer flat rate shipping to most U.S. states and Canadian provinces for select items. You can get a shipping quote by entering your address at checkout or contacting us directly.
How will the order arrive?
Orders are typically shipped flat-packed in a custom built plywood crate with detailed instructions for easy assembly. Delivery is curbside via freight.
Assembled shipping is available for additional charge.
What are your lead times?
Lead times are generally 12 weeks from receipt of payment until shipping. Larger or custom items may take longer. Please confirm timing with us when placing your order. Expedited shipping may be available for a fee
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! Please view our product warranty page for details.
Do you offer Trade Pricing?
We work with architects, designers, and builders. Approved vendors receive 5% off through our Trade Pricing program. To qualify, payment must be made by wire or ACH (for U.S. customers) or by wire or e-transfer (for Canadian customers). Additional volume discounts may be available for large orders—please contact us to apply.
Do you offer discounts for content creators or influencers?
We’re open to partnerships with creators who align with our values and aesthetic. If you have a strong following in the wellness, design, or outdoor lifestyle space, reach out with your media kit or collaboration idea—we’d love to hear from you!
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you see obvious damage to the crate or product, do not accept the shipment and ask the carrier to note the damage. For any hidden issues, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. Not noting damage at delivery may limit claim options with the carrier, but we’ll work with you quickly to resolve any problems
Can I customize my product?
Yes. We offer a variety of sizes, stove options, finishes, and accessories. Reach out if you have something specific in mind—we love custom work.
What kind of wood do you use?
We use local Western Red Cedar from British Columbia. It’s naturally rot-resistant, aromatic, and perfect for outdoor soaking and sauna experiences.
All of our tubs are constructed exclusively with vertical grain wood, which is the most stable and comfortable when using our tubs.
Do your products come with heating or cooling systems?
Hot tubs: wood-fired, electric, propane, gas, or heat pump
Cold plunges: Coldture Pro Chiller (cools & heats)
Soaker tubs: wood-fired or electric heaters
Saunas: wood-burning or electric stoves
We’ll help you choose the option that best fits your space and lifestyle.
Are your products off-grid friendly?
Absolutely. Many customers use our saunas and tubs in off-grid cabins and remote locations. We offer wood-fired and propane-compatible options and can help you configure for your power setup.
Can I visit your workshop?
We love welcoming visitors! To make sure we have time to show you around properly, please call ahead or book an appointment before stopping by.

Do you offer installation services?
Our products are designed for easy self-assembly, but in some areas we can coordinate professional installation. Ask us what's available near you.
How do I maintain my hot tub or sauna?
Maintenance is straightforward, and we provide detailed care instructions with each product. For hot tubs and cold plunges, keep the water balanced, clean filters regularly, check fittings for leaks, and drain and refill the tub periodically. For saunas, wipe down benches and floors, allow ventilation after use, and lightly sand or refresh finishes if surfaces become stained. For cedar exteriors, rinse occasionally and reapply a UV-protective oil or finish as needed. With proper care, your tub or sauna will last for decades.
