Our Promise to You
At Forest Cooperage, we craft our products with premium Western Red Cedar and carefully selected components. This warranty reflects our commitment to quality and your satisfaction. We're here to support you every step of the way.
What's Covered
Cedar Wood Components
Residential Use: 5 years from delivery
Commercial/Hospitality/Rental Use: 3 years from delivery
We cover:
- Structural failure due to manufacturing defects
- Warping or twisting that prevents normal use (beyond 3/8" deviation per linear foot)
- Joint failures from defective workmanship
Natural characteristics we don't cover:
- Color variations and grain patterns
- Surface checking less than 1/2" deep
- Normal shrinkage and expansion
- Weathering, patina, or aging from sun and moisture
Wood is a living material that changes over time – this is part of its natural beauty.
Electrical & Mechanical Components
All heaters, pumps, chillers, and control systems come with manufacturer warranties (typically 1-2 years). We'll help you navigate warranty claims with manufacturers, but coverage decisions rest with them.
We provide:
- Assistance with warranty claims
- Direct contact with manufacturer support
- Coordination of replacements when approved
Installation & Storage
Installation Timeline
Install within 6 months of delivery for full warranty coverage. Need more time? Contact us – we're flexible for reasonable circumstances.
Storage Requirements
Until installation, store in a dry, ventilated space away from:
- Direct sunlight
- Ground contact
- Standing water or high humidity
- Temperature extremes
Poor storage conditions may affect warranty coverage.
What's Not Covered
- Damage from improper installation or unauthorized modifications
- Freezing damage or water chemistry issues
- Foundation settling or site preparation problems
- Normal wear in high-traffic commercial environments
- Products stored outdoors without full protection

Register within 30 days of delivery to activate your warranty.

Fine Print
- Warranty applies only to original purchaser
- Non-transferable
- Coverage begins on delivery date
- We may request return of defective parts
- All coverage decisions at Forest Cooperage discretion
